Gov Mitt Romney is working very hard campaigning for Senator John McCain to get elected president. Gov Mitt was also in Austin, TX last Thursday at a fundraiser for Republican U. S. Senator John Cornyn. Good job Gov Romney! An article in the Houston Chronicle also mentions that Gov Romney and Senator McCain and 50 advisors met Saturday morning at the Hilton of the Americas in Houston, Texas. Sounds serious to me! I wonder if he would accept the VP if Senator McCain offered it to him?

Mitt is really the only good choice for McCain. As the economy becomes the biggest issue for candidates, Mitt will be the stand-out choice. McCain has already admitted his weakness in the area of the economy. He is going to need a strong economically experience VP to deflect the attacks from the left.
