The Economy is Changing the Race for the Whitehouse

This is an excellent article by the Wall Street Journal discussing the market tumult and who American's would need best in the Whitehouse to handle a possible upcoming economic crisis.
Market Tumult Reframes Race
The answer is clear, we would need Romney for VP.  Our message to McCain: Place Romney in charge of the Economy, immigration, heathcare and our homeland issues.....You do what you do best, and handle the war in Iraq.

    Hi Unite,

As usual, I agree with you 100%.

I read the comments after the article and a couple of people said that Romney would be the right person to fix the economy.

I left them a comment about www.unitethegop.com and invited them to join us.

How true! How true!! We have seen how the market reacts to the fed's discount rate cuts, what? some 400+ point gain in one day -- best since 2002 I believe. However, what what the market will "do" IF we can enact some of Gov Romney's economic plans that he very well articulated during his campaign run for the presidency. Having to "sell" McCain on it should be a "no-brainer" since economic policy is [quote]"not my strong suit." So what if Romney's economic policy provisions become the McCain plan for stimulating the economy. The administration will get the credit, and the country will know that besides being in great national security hands, we will undoubtedly be in the very best economic hands by virtue of a Vice-President Romney. Just naming Romney VP would send the market on another "bull" ride.
