Fox News- O'Reilly Names Mitt as 1st Choice for McCain's VP

It looks as if more Media are looking at the good choice of Romney for VP. In the following article: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,332656,00.html

O'Reilly names Romney as first choice for VP for McCain.

"Who should be John McCain's vice presidential choice? That is the subject of this evening's "Talking Points Memo."

Three names come to mind. The first, Mitt Romney. Good business guy who can raise money and has name recognition. The governor ran a good campaign. He's smart, honest. Also, his conservative views may help McCain with the right-wing that distrusts him."

Also according to this article; Romney's son Josh said it is possible that Romney could rejoin the race as VP.

Why Mitt as VP helps McCain more than Huckabee
A state by state look at the numbers shows that Gov. Romney would be a significantly better choice than Gov. Hukabee as Sen. McCain's VP. Even considering the GOP's need to do well in the South, the numbers show that Gov. Romney is a better choice than Gov. Huckabee.

Yes, I agree wholeheartedly. I voted for Romney in Virginia and loved seeing good turnout for him in Washington State as a statement for his validity.

Lucy, thank you for your support of Mitt Romney. I came to know Mitt and Ann initially about 14 years ago while I was on my honeymoon in Massachusetts. I am from Utah and my wife is from Massachusetts. My wife served the Romney family as their housekeeper for about seven years in her youth. My inlaws have known the Romneys since Mitt first went to Massachusetts to obtain his graduate degrees from Harvard. My family has heard a great many stories about Mitt and Ann Romney's family that people are not likely to find in the press. But, each story is inspirational and helps motivate our family to become better.

I have met Mitt at two occasions: first in Massachusetts during my honeymoon and reception on the East coast and second at their son Josh's wedding reception in Salt Lake City.

I can personally say that Mitt Romney is everything he portrays himself to be. He really is that good!

      Well,

I'm practically holding my breath to hear who McCain might pick for his running mate. If he could swallow his pride Romney could make him look like a genius. I really believe in this man. Lucky you, that you have actually come to know him. I knew that he was the real thing. People like to talk about the abortion "flip flop" issue, but my gut feeling was that he had to represent the will of the people in a very liberal state and uphold the law as it stood. One only has so much power to push personal agendas when the electorate chooses something overwhelmingly.
